Element at Ghent is a newly constructed, six-story elevator building with four levels of residential apartments above two levels of a gated parking garage. Located in the heart of historic Ghent in Norfolk, Element at Ghent has plenty of amenities including, but not limited to, a two-story resort style clubhouse with pool, fire pit, private balconies, fitness center, cyber café lounge, and multiple outdoor decks. Along with the amenities also included are state-of-the-art LED light fixutres, structured cabling media center for data and communications and a back-up emergency generator system.
