As the founder of Harbor Construction Company, Inc., Thomas R. Gibson is the Chief Estimator and Project Manager, possessing extensive experience in commercial, industrial, and residential electrical installation, design, estimating, and management. He has served in multiple positions as Foreman, Supervisor, Project Manager, Program Manager, and Executive Officer of a Corporation within the governmental, municipal, and private sector. Thomas has over 30 years experience in all levels of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing.

Joseph R. Caterbone III - President

Joey Caterbone has over 20 years of electrical field experience, and over 13 years of electrical and special system estimating, with project sizes from five hundred to five million dollars. He quickly obtained a foreman position followed by Vice President of Sales which led him to his current title at Harbor Construction Company, Inc. His skills include estimating all types of Federal, State and Private new and renovation electrical and special systems construction. Joey is also a Master Electrician Cardholder. He specializes in design build “Turn-Key” electrical projects, value engineering electrical design, load calculations, voltage drop calculations, and interior/exterior lighting calculations.
