Project Details :

Wilsondale Apartments a mixed-use community located in Hampton, Va consisting of 210 apartment homes along with 13,200 square foot of commercial retail space.  Harbor Electrical Services worked closely with Pinnacle Construction and Development Corporation to provide a top quality electrical installation beginning within the apartment homes all the way to the ganged meter centers on each building. 

Additional amenities included but are not limited to earth craft energy efficient lighting throughout.  Extensive electrical installations were also included for the swimming pool, fitness center and community room for enjoyment by all residents.  Included within the apartments homes also were structured wiring installations for communications, television and internet fed from a structured cabling “smart box”.  Security was also another feature including an extensive site lighting installation and power to a gated entry system for added piece of mind.
