Harbor Construction Company, Inc., located in the heart of Colonial Virginia with headquarters in Hampton, Virginia, was founded in 1999. We are one of the largest electrical contractors in Southeastern Virginia certified as small business. Our service reach has expanded from a purely local orientation to the entire continental United States. HCCI was founded on the principle of providing unparalleled service - installation, maintenance and repair - that exceeds what has become standard in the industry.  Our customers can always depend upon that. We maintain that same principle today. For over 14 years this principle has enabled us to be a leader in the Electrical Contracting Industry and we are firmly committed to providing quality craftsmanship in electrical installation.
